Content Writer, Community-Based Living and Social Support

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth research on current specialized literature, evidence-based practices, and optimal methods.

• Create targeted, practice-oriented learning materials for professionals and support personnel.

• Develop content based on existing frameworks or collaboratively established structures.

• Present information accurately, clearly, and in a professionally refined manner.

• Contribute to the strategic enhancement of professional training programs.

• Recognize and incorporate industry-specific trends and best practices into the curriculum.

• Collaborate with the product development team.

• Assist in expanding the professional training offerings for community-based living and social support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant university degree, such as in social work, special education, rehabilitation education, educational sciences, psychology, nursing science, or a related field.

• Multiple years of hands-on experience providing support in community living and social environments or in supported independent living.

• Experience assisting individuals with cognitive, physical, or sensory disabilities, or those with mental health challenges in their daily lives.

• Knowledge of community-based, person-centered approaches and participation along with comprehensive planning based on ICF is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong capacity to tailor language and content to suit the target audience and present it in an accessible manner.

• Experience in writing specialized or educational materials.

• Detail-oriented and precise work ethic.

• Strong sense of accountability.

• Ability to work independently and accurately while honoring commitments and meeting deadlines.

• Strong organizational and teamwork capabilities.

• Willingness to collaborate closely with the product development team.
