Content Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold clear, user-friendly knowledge articles that align with company policies as well as federal and state regulations.

• Streamline complex procedures and convert technical or policy-related information into easily understandable content.

• Enhance the content, structure, and search capabilities of the knowledge base.

• Perform keyword research and apply search optimization techniques.

• Evaluate usage patterns, search behaviors, and user feedback for ongoing improvement.

• Propose and execute enhancements for content organization, linking, and knowledge management protocols.

• Create scalable content suitable for various channels, audiences, and business functions.

• Utilize analytics tools and reporting resources to identify agent pain points and knowledge deficiencies.

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, customizing messaging and deliverables accordingly.

• Effectively manage priorities and multiple projects independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or at least 3–5 years of experience in a content writing position.

• Excellent listening, communication, and consultative abilities.

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), including the creation, maintenance, and administration of content.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and make sound judgments regarding issue resolution and escalation.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Must be located anywhere in South Africa with fiber connectivity; working from outside South Africa is not permitted.

• A minimum of 100/100 Mbps fiber line must be installed or upgraded by the first day of employment.

• Some positions may necessitate a clear credit record.
