đź“‹ Description

• Editorial Strategy & Content Planning. You will develop and manage the editorial calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube. Your role will involve creating recurring series and formats (e.g., myth-busting posts, website teardowns, data-driven trend pieces) that build over time. You will determine what gets published, when, and in what format, ensuring that each piece reinforces our position as the data-driven authority in A/B testing.

• Founder Content Extraction. You will conduct biweekly sessions lasting 60–90 minutes with the Founder to gather insights, opinions, and stories from client work. Your task is to transform that raw material into a week’s worth of LinkedIn posts, video scripts, and content briefs. The Founder’s total time commitment should remain under 10 hours per week—you will be the multiplier that makes this feasible.

• Writing & Ghostwriting. You will either write or oversee the writing of 4–5 LinkedIn posts per week in the Founder’s voice, in addition to scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos. You possess the ability to craft hooks that capture attention, structure posts for engagement, and simplify complex data into clear, compelling narratives. You will also cultivate a distinct written voice that feels authentic to the Founder and consistent across all platforms.

• Creative Team Management. You will lead a videographer, a graphic designer, and editors. You will establish the creative brief, review outputs, and ensure everything meets a high-quality standard. You are not responsible for production yourself; rather, you will ensure the production team has clear guidance and that the final product is polished.

• Performance & Iteration. You will monitor what is effective and what is not across all formats and platforms. Using engagement data, follower growth, and pipeline attribution, you will focus on successful formats and eliminate those that underperform. You will regularly share performance reports and recommendations with leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Builder of founder-led brands. You have built an audience centered around a person, not just a logo. You understand that the founder’s voice, personality, and expertise constitute the brand—and you know how to present that for LinkedIn and YouTube specifically.

• Exceptional writer. You craft hooks that capture attention mid-scroll. You can transform a complex A/B testing insight into something accessible, surprising, and shareable. You are comfortable writing both concise LinkedIn posts and more extensive YouTube scripts.

• Strategic thinker. You view content as a positioning tool rather than merely a publishing calendar. You understand how individual posts contribute to a brand narrative and can explain why one format is more aligned with the strategy than another.

• Platform fluency. You have a deep understanding of how LinkedIn and YouTube operate—algorithms, formats, engagement patterns. You know what performs well on each platform and why, and you stay informed about changes.

• Data-comfortable. While you do not need to be a data scientist, you should be comfortable working with testing data, conversion metrics, and statistical concepts. Our content is based on proprietary data—you need to grasp it well enough to tell stories with it.

• Smart and high agency. You learn quickly, take ownership, and do not wait for instructions. When something is not working, you analyze it and find solutions. You are the type of person who brings answers, not just questions.

• Nice to Have:

• B2B or SaaS content experience. You have created content for a technical or data-driven B2B audience previously.

• Experience with A/B testing or CRO. You understand what a p-value is and why someone would test a headline. This is not required—we will provide training.

• Track record of audience growth. You can identify a LinkedIn profile, YouTube channel, or newsletter you helped grow from a small base to a significant following.

• Video production awareness. While you do not need to shoot or edit, understanding what makes a good thumbnail, a compelling cold open, and an engaging video structure will enhance your effectiveness.
