Content Strategist, Instagram & LinkedIn

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete content strategy for Instagram and LinkedIn, encompassing everything from positioning and editorial planning to format development and data analysis.

• Establish a diverse editorial strategy for Instagram and LinkedIn, focusing on pillars, authority arcs, sequencing, and audience expansion.

• Perform content research utilizing unique angles derived from trends, data, and contextual insights.

• Create content with compelling structures, including open loops, narrative tension, and strategic progression.

• Draft scripts for Reels that emphasize retention through pattern interruption, transitions, and audiovisual dynamics.

• Develop a cohesive visual identity for content, incorporating hierarchy, contrast, typography, and attention cues.

• Evaluate metrics and KPIs such as reach, saves, shares, qualitative engagement, and algorithmic distribution.

• Transform data into actionable editorial choices.

• Leverage AI for research, ideation, refinement, and content enhancement.

• Proven track record of growing audiences on Instagram and/or LinkedIn, supported by verifiable data.

• Strong proficiency in copywriting tailored to social content across various formats.

• Strategic knowledge in retention and persuasion for both static and video content.

• Comprehensive understanding of algorithmic distribution and organic growth trends in 2026.

• A genuine multi-format perspective: recognizing the strategic significance of each format.

• Capability to distinguish between immediate-performance content and authority-building content.
