Content Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance a content flywheel strategy that transforms podcast episodes and other core content into: LinkedIn posts and thought leadership materials

• Email marketing campaigns and newsletters

• Blog posts and SEO-focused content

• Short-form video scripts

• Website content and additional marketing resources

• Manage the complete content workflow from release to asset creation and distribution

• Compose and refine high-quality, platform-specific copy that aligns with audience intent and brand voice

• Develop and oversee a content calendar related to podcast and content launches (e.g., using Notion)

• Discover opportunities to enhance content performance across key platforms, including LinkedIn, email, and organic search

• Work closely with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with broader business objectives

• Establish and sustain scalable, repeatable processes for efficient content creation

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in content marketing, editorial, or content strategy positions (3+ years)

• Proven history of constructing or managing content engines, flywheels, or media initiatives

• Outstanding writing and editing skills across various formats and channels

• Experience with B2B content and audience-centric messaging strategies

• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn content and engagement best practices

• Capability to work from raw materials (e.g., transcripts, recordings, research) and convert them into polished assets

• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently

• Strong organizational abilities and a process-oriented approach

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Notion, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)
