• Function as a strategic thought partner—informing decisions rather than merely providing assets.
• Offer clear guidance to freelancers or agencies, ensuring high editorial standards are met.
• Develop repeatable systems that promote sustainable content growth.
• Design and enhance content workflows to boost efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Convert keyword research, audience insights, and growth objectives into high-quality, audience-focused content.
• Over 5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related discipline.
• Strong editorial leadership skills with the capacity to oversee content quality, direction, and standards across various channels.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling effective B2B content programs, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of AI-assisted content creation and optimization techniques.
• Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar abilities.
• Excellent skills in time management, project management, and communication.
• Familiarity with modern content, SEO, social media, analytics, and project management tools.
