Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver tailored sales presentations that are engaging, with a strong emphasis on digital capabilities, leading to the selection of NGL solutions.

• Conduct training sessions (live, virtual, asynchronous) that ensure the effective implementation of NGL products in K12 classrooms, promoting the use of NGL digital solutions in the learning process.

• Act as the digital expert across all platforms, concentrating on how our platforms function in the context of the district's access method (via district LMS, etc).

• Continuously research the industry to stay informed about potential changes that could affect current and future sales.

• Work in conjunction with sales teams on State and Local District submissions to guarantee that all materials are thoroughly completed.

• Analyze correlations, gather information, and provide insights on competitive analysis while reviewing third-party data as necessary.

• Collaborate, integrate, and communicate effectively with Regional Managers, Sales Consultants, and other Content Specialists.

• Keep a detailed record of sales activities and maintain accountability for achieving the national sales quota.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Education is required.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in teaching, training, presenting, or selling, particularly within the educational publishing and/or educational technology sectors.

• Excellent training and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of strong customer orientation and the ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships.

• Clear communication skills in both virtual and in-person settings, as well as in writing.

• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in response to change.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and video creation tools.

• Familiarity and comfort with LMS systems and educational technology tools.

• The position requires frequent lifting and moving of materials, with boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to travel overnight for approximately 50-70% of the time; must be able to travel by both car and air.
