This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete content production cycle — from briefing to final material — for structured practice plans, video sessions, audio content, and in-app copywriting.
• Coordinate the internal team and external contractors, including writers, voiceover actors, video editors, and translators.
• Engage and coordinate with subject matter experts to verify content for accuracy and practical value.
• Develop briefs for expert reviews, gather feedback, and integrate it into the content plan.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on content-dependent features from the ideation stage.
• Design and enhance workflows, briefs, templates, and processes for work transfer between teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and create systems to eliminate them.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and monitor deadlines.
• Establish content quality standards and ensure they are maintained across different languages.
• Utilize product data and A/B testing to determine what to create, iterate on, or discontinue.
• Influence retention and engagement.
• 2–5 years of experience in content production or content project management within consumer product companies.
• Experience in building or significantly improving cohesive content production systems.
• Proven experience coordinating internal teams and external contractors across multiple projects.
• Fluent English at a level close to that of a native speaker.
• Comfortable working with product dashboards and team planning tools.
• Demonstrated experience developing the content function from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 10.
• Familiarity with Notion and Slack.
• Experience with Amplitude and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, Figma, or similar tools.
• Preferred: Fluent in a second language (DE, ES, FR, PT, or IT).
• Preferred: Experience in wellness, fitness, mental health, or behavioral science content.
• Preferred: Experience in video production.
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale content localization.
• Preferred: Experience working with AI tools for content (GPT, Claude, n8n, and others).
