This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate content strategies that align with quarterly business objectives and campaigns.
• Spearhead the development of storytelling across various platforms, including social media, podcasts, OTT programming, branded entertainment, celebrity campaigns, and educational wellness content.
• Recognize emerging trends pertinent to health and wellness audiences.
• Collaborate with the Director of Content to build and expand Brello Health’s media division.
• Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
• Create production timelines, shot lists, calendars, and deliverables.
• Manage talent schedules, locations, releases, and production logistics.
• Supervise creative execution during shoots to uphold elevated brand standards.
• Handle relationships with external vendors, freelancers, agencies, and creative collaborators.
• Utilize media connections to facilitate guest bookings and partnerships.
• Maintain connections with producers, talent managers, publicists, influencers, and agencies.
• Support celebrity integrations and strategic media initiatives.
• Act as a leadership extension of the Director of Content.
• Aid in managing communication between creative, marketing, production, and operational teams.
• Engage in executive content planning meetings and campaign evaluations.
• Propose original content ideas and episodic franchises.
• Create production treatments, creative presentations, and social-first concepts.
• Ensure all content is platform-native and culturally relevant.
• 5–10+ years of experience in television production, executive producing, digital media, streaming content, or branded entertainment.
• Established track record of producing content for high-visibility media brands or platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first and/or broadcast-level storytelling work.
• Extensive media industry relationships and talent network.
• Advanced skills in production management.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific content performance.
• Experience collaborating with creators and influencers.
