This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Overseeing and expanding social media presence, particularly on Instagram.
• Aiding in the development of personal branding through effective execution.
• Supporting the launch and management of digital products.
• Leading and driving growth on social media platforms, primarily Instagram.
• Planning content, generating ideas (including Reels, posts, and stories), and overseeing the content calendar.
• Keeping an eye on trends, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending enhancements.
• Assisting in the launch and scaling of digital products such as online programs and educational initiatives.
• Helping to structure program content and map out the user journey.
• Supporting client acquisition efforts and organizing processes for online programs.
• Tracking outcomes, gathering feedback, and aiding in the systematization of insights.
• Coordinating with developers and other external professionals.
• Conducting research and initiating collaborations, partnerships, and ambassador opportunities.
• Engaging in communication with brands and partners.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and materials.
• Identifying relevant events, competitions, and opportunities for visibility.
• Researching the market, competitors, and applicable solutions.
• Supporting the coordination of external specialists such as coaches and nutritionists.
• Helping to organize and structure new initiatives and projects.
• Ensuring that tasks are tracked, prioritized, and completed on schedule.
• 2–4+ years of experience in roles related to Brand/Content, Social Media, or Marketing.
• Practical experience with Instagram, including content planning, formats (Reels, posts, stories), and content workflows.
• Understanding of how to grow and engage an audience through content, including trends, formats, and consistency.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth.
• Experience with digital products, online programs, or content-driven projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating external specialists like designers and developers.
• Strong organizational capabilities: ability to structure tasks, timelines, and processes effectively.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and maintain progress.
• Excellent research skills: ability to analyze competitors, trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude, taking ownership of tasks and initiatives.
• Proficient use of Google Docs/Sheets; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
