This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate and oversee user-generated content to guarantee adherence to platform policies and guidelines.
• Detect and report any content that breaches safety standards, community guidelines, or legal obligations.
• Adhere to established moderation protocols to ensure uniformity in enforcement.
• Achieve accuracy and productivity goals while rendering fair and unbiased moderation decisions.
• Refer intricate cases to senior moderators or policy teams as necessary.
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy when managing sensitive content and user information.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related trust and safety domains.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to assess content that may encompass hate speech, fraud, or misinformation/disinformation.
• Basic knowledge of content moderation tools, workflows, and community guidelines.
• Understanding of cultural variances and their influence on online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to document moderation decisions clearly.
