• Guarantee a high standard of quality and safety for users on social media platforms.

• Assess content against multiple appropriateness criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of operational experience in a shared services or customer service setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in both English and Portuguese.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Deep understanding and cultural awareness of political and social dynamics relevant to the supported market and region.
