This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Reports to the Communications Director.
• Oversee Veloz’s social media, newsletter, and digital content aimed at both industry and consumers across various platforms.
• Create and maintain a strategic social media calendar featuring content, posts, and analytics.
• Manage and update all social media profiles for Veloz and Electric For All, ensuring consistent content posting.
• Engage actively in Veloz and Electric For All events by attending, promoting social media activities, and crafting post-event communications.
• Generate and distribute impactful written and visual communications to provide timely updates and content for newsletters.
• Conduct research and apply content marketing and social media strategies to enhance our outreach and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the communications team to develop a data-driven approach for expanding the social media channels and newsletters of Veloz and Electric For All.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, digital content, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, website management, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing content creation and marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience in email marketing, website content, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and the ability to customize content for diverse audiences.
• Proven project management abilities, including managing timelines, planning content, coordinating with vendors, and executing marketing projects.
• Collaborative mindset with the capability to work across teams and translate strategy into actionable steps.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, a focus on customer service, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
