This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create content that fosters pipeline growth and enhances brand visibility, aiding Tines in generating interest, establishing trust, and cultivating connections with our primary audiences in security and IT.
• Oversee the production of long-form materials, such as guides and industry reports.
• Develop content for paid advertising initiatives in collaboration with media and publishing partners.
• Advance Tines' organic social media strategy (mainly on LinkedIn), experimenting with innovative formats and launching social-native campaigns.
• Produce short-form video content for social media, both original and adapted from existing materials.
• Play a pivotal role in constructing and expanding Tines' creator-led content strategy, assisting internal experts, community members, and external partners in content creation and sharing.
• Identify high-value moments from webinars, events, and existing content, transforming them into new formats: blogs, short videos, social campaigns, etc.
• Supervise freelancers and external contributors to maintain quality while scaling output.
• Develop efficient content workflows to enhance production without compromising quality.
• Provide editorial guidance for content generated by internal teams and external agencies, ensuring alignment with Tines’ voice and evolving narratives.
• Conduct interviews with customers and subject matter experts to gather compelling stories and insights, contributing to case study development.
• Simplify technical subjects into engaging and clear narratives.
• Collaborate with the Brand team to create impactful visual materials and maintain consistency across social and content initiatives.
• Work alongside the Demand Generation team to collect content performance feedback and adapt swiftly.
• Effectively prioritize tasks across ongoing programs, individual campaigns, and product launches.
• 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, social media, or related fields, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing content programs and social media strategies from start to finish.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a portfolio showcasing engaging hooks, clear storytelling, and a strong brand voice.
• A strong enthusiasm for social media, evidenced by an understanding of effective strategies on LinkedIn, and a proactive approach to evolving formats as algorithms change.
• Proven success in repurposing content across different channels and formats.
• Experience overseeing freelancers, agencies, or external contributors.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content production, along with a creative approach to their application while maintaining a human touch in all published material.
• Proficient in editing short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Understanding of AEO and SEO best practices.
• Data-driven and flexible, utilizing performance insights to make quick adjustments.
• Enthusiastic about the prospect of both developing and managing impactful content programs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT, or technical audiences is a plus, but not essential.
