This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and execute a thorough content strategy for the website, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and the needs of the target audience.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to establish content requirements, guidelines, standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Develop and uphold content governance processes, which include best practices for content, as well as review, approval, archiving, and ongoing performance improvement.

• Offer direction and support to stakeholders in implementing content strategies that resonate with brand messaging and organizational goals.

• Partner with stakeholders to define and execute content structures within the CMS, ensuring uniformity across all digital touchpoints.

• Track and assess content performance metrics to uncover areas for enhancement and optimization.

• Assist in managing the entire website content lifecycle, from strategy formulation to analysis, with a focus on governance.

• Oversee and enhance content workflows and processes within a headless CMS to maximize content reuse across various digital channels.

• Regulate the content model and taxonomy to guarantee consistent application by business and digital/IT stakeholders.

• Conduct audits of the CMS to ensure adherence to best practices and update taxonomy as new websites are integrated.

• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the CMS.

• Provide training for marketing stakeholders on utilizing the headless CMS platform and embracing the headless content methodology.

• Keep abreast of developments in headless CMS technology and suggest enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related discipline.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in content strategy and management, possessing extensive knowledge of content strategy principles, practices, and methodologies.

• Strong understanding of website content best practices, including SEO, user experience, and accessibility standards.

• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing content projects effectively.

• Proficient in utilizing headless CMS platforms, with a solid grasp of content management workflows and procedures.

• Experience in editing and evaluating digital content with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adopting a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional organizational skills.
