Content Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement clear editorial guidelines and scalable content processes that enhance quality and minimize feedback loops.

• Create and sustain a consistent stream of thought leadership content across various channels and audiences.

• Take ownership of the newsletter, optimizing it to boost engagement and drive traffic to the contact us page.

• Expand PHM’s social media presence as a significant catalyst for awareness and inbound interest.

• Establish editorial standards, voice, and timelines to ensure high-quality output.

• Strategically plan and oversee a content calendar that aligns with business priorities and audience requirements.

• Develop and enhance content for newsletters, social media, whitepapers, and other formats.

• Ensure all content is clear, accurate, and consistent with PHM’s brand and mission.

• Collaborate with marketing, clinical and research stakeholders, and various teams to create effective content.

• Efficiently incorporate feedback while maintaining momentum and adhering to deadlines.

• Monitor the performance of key channels such as newsletters and social media.

• Continuously refine subject lines, formats, and messaging to enhance engagement and conversion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of content experience.

• Background in a health benefits or healthcare organization.

• A writing portfolio showcasing clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate content.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Experience in collaborative environments, ideally involving clinical or subject matter experts.

• Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to managing content workflows.

• Familiarity with AI and a desire to leverage AI tools for increased efficiency.
