Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete content domain at Elektrovorteil

• Planning, producing, and maintaining content for the website, blog, and landing pages

• Creating an editorial calendar and ensuring consistent content structures

• Simplifying complex subjects into clear, audience-targeted content

• Conducting SEO and GEO keyword research and optimizing content for existing and new pages

• Basic understanding of technical SEO: including metadata, internal linking, and site structure

• Keeping abreast of changes in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and adapting accordingly

• Managing and enhancing social media channels (organic)

• Developing channel-specific formats and a cohesive visual language

• Engaging with the community and monitoring relevant channels

• Collaborating closely with performance marketing to create content concepts and innovative campaign ideas

• Preparing briefs for creatives (copy, visuals, videos) and potentially producing content in-house

• Testing and refining hooks, formats, and messages based on performance analytics

• Proven experience in independent content creation — both written and visual

• Strong SEO expertise and a keen understanding of organic content performance

• Proficient use of social media platforms and a comprehensive understanding of their algorithms

• Ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks

• Excellent German language proficiency, both written and spoken; precise and audience-appropriate writing style
