• Establish essential content assets and define team roles for writing, editing, and publishing tasks.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and digital leads to create an editorial calendar that aligns with business goals.
• Build and oversee a network of writers specializing in banking, capital markets, insurance, and asset management.
• Manage a content operations manager and designers while actively participating in content creation and editing processes.
• Create and uphold an annual editorial plan and thematic content calendar that aligns with strategic objectives.
• Ensure that all content maintains a consistent tone, voice, and brand alignment.
• Evaluate content performance and optimize messaging to enhance engagement and impact.
• Facilitate the localization of global content in accordance with regional and country marketing initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across functions to implement the broader content marketing strategy.
• Utilize both traditional and digital content formats to improve audience engagement and the effectiveness of communication.
• Over 10 years of experience in editorial, communications, or content marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong expertise in content marketing, showcasing the ability to engage business audiences through strategic storytelling.
• Proven experience working closely with subject matter experts from the initial concept phase to final publication.
• Capacity to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated skill in crafting compelling narratives, campaigns, and content that emphasize trends, outcomes, and client success stories.
