This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Produce content that aligns with Mercury’s educational initiatives, strategic campaigns, and branding efforts
• Collaborate across departments to design and implement distribution strategies
• Adapt content for various formats and platforms
• Work together on SEO and AEO tactics
• Explore innovative content formats, creative methods, and distribution approaches
• Utilize performance metrics and audience insights to enhance content effectiveness
• Employ AI tools and workflows to expedite research, ideation, production, and content adaptation
• Assist in establishing repeatable systems and production workflows
• Over 5 years of experience in content marketing, audience development, creator media, social media, or similar areas
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a strong focus on execution
• Proven experience in creating and disseminating content across various channels and formats
• Proficient with contemporary content and AI tools
• Strong decision-making skills backed by data, audience insights, and performance indicators
• A history of working independently, managing projects, and delivering high-quality results
• An awareness of internet culture, media trends, and the changing landscape of content
