This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with GSTS’s business objectives, product offerings, and revenue targets.

• Produce high-quality written materials, including website content, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales resources, and thought leadership articles.

• Convert technical and data-centric ideas into engaging, audience-centric content.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, ensuring messaging is accurate and consistent.

• Assist in demand generation initiatives by creating content for campaigns, emails, landing pages, articles, and social media posts.

• Oversee and update website content, maintaining clarity, consistency, and adherence to SEO best practices.

• Coordinate content efforts for events, product launches, announcements, and public relations campaigns.

• Monitor content performance and contribute to reports on engagement and lead generation impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in content marketing, content writing, or a comparable marketing communications position.

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong focus on clarity, tone, and structure.

• Experience in creating B2B content, especially for technology, data, or enterprise sectors.

• At least 5 years of experience in defence, security, maritime, or operational settings, with a minimum of 3 years directly in the defence & security industry.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Comfort in collaborating with subject matter experts to simplify complex information into clear messages.

• Understanding of SEO principles and content performance analytics.

• Experience with CMS platforms, AI tools, Canva, and other marketing technologies.
