• Experience with TikTok, including editing, trends, captions/headlines, and fostering organic growth.
• An analytical mindset that is both creative and data-driven.
• High tolerance for stress, along with creativity and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian.
• Experience in viral or influencer marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UGC (user-generated content) trends and the creator economy is a plus.
• Capability to quickly generate and scale content is a plus.
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, gaming, or the entertainment sector is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills (English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher is a benefit).
