This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform intricate product, technical, and strategic information into clear, engaging, and market-ready content that precisely addresses the inquiries of prospects and customers.
• Develop and articulate unique value propositions that distinctly position our products and services in the marketplace, emphasizing what differentiates us and its significance to customers.
• Cultivate and apply extensive knowledge across our products, services, and industry landscape, ensuring all content accurately reflects current capabilities, customer requirements, and market trends.
• Oversee the entire content development and review processes, coordinating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders to produce precise, aligned, and impactful outputs at scale.
• Serve as a content lead within cross-functional initiatives, guiding stakeholders, influencing strategic direction, and fostering alignment to guarantee content quality, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to expedite content creation, improve quality, and ensure consistency, while exercising strong editorial judgment to maintain accuracy, brand alignment, and relevance to customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to incorporate AI into workflows, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and insight generation throughout the content lifecycle.
• Work with urgency and precision to adhere to product release schedules and go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in a related role or roles with comparable scope and responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead through influence—steering stakeholders, fostering alignment, and enhancing outcomes without formal authority.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and navigating multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality standards.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, content automation, research enhancement) to improve content development and workflows.
• Strong critical thinking and sound judgment, with the capability to make independent, professional decisions in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
• Established problem-solving skills, with a history of addressing complex challenges and achieving results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the skill to translate complex information into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities, employing a structured approach to gather and synthesize information.
• High attention to detail and a dedication to producing polished, high-quality outputs.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously while effectively collaborating with a global, cross-functional team.
• Experience in a SaaS or similar technology environment is highly regarded.
