This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and enhance Indivd’s social media footprint, focusing mainly on LinkedIn and other pertinent platforms.
• Generate captivating content that includes posts, visuals, short videos, and campaigns.
• Design and implement social media content calendars.
• Collaborate with leadership and product teams to convert technical subjects into clear and understandable messaging.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Track performance and refine content based on engagement metrics.
• Keep abreast of social media trends and propose innovative ideas.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in content management or social media positions.
• Extensive experience in managing LinkedIn and B2B social media content.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
• Capability to distill technical subjects into engaging content.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with remote work.
• Nice to Have: Background in AI, computer vision, or analytics products.
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, etc.).
• Experience in video content production.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Fully remote work with flexible hours and genuine autonomy.
