This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Integrate all creative capabilities internally.
• This position replaces the need for external agency design services and manages the execution of campaigns, content, and daily marketing materials.
• Transform high-level concepts into finished products that are ready for proofing and deployment, without the need for extensive, detailed briefs.
• Maintain end-to-end creative ownership across print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Ensure quicker campaign turnarounds with minimal briefing requirements.
• Deliver consistent, commercially viable, on-brand creative that aligns with sales and marketing objectives.
• Take overarching direction (e.g., “a multi-page product mailer featuring xyz”) and execute effectively.
• Design comprehensive campaigns, including:
• Multi-page mailers and catalogs.
• One-page flyers and sales sheets.
• Email graphics.
• Social media graphics and post content (all posts must receive approval prior to publication).
• Manage all in-house graphic design needs (both print and digital).
• Produce artwork that is ready for production and printing.
• Oversee all marketing materials: business cards, booklets, proposals, flyers, and similar items.
• Create and edit basic marketing videos (such as product explainers and campaign videos).
• Perform simple edits and cut-downs to alleviate the workload of the Video Specialist.
• Strong B2B graphic design experience, ideally in an industrial or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — this is the primary toolkit.
• Familiarity with Canva, with the ability to go beyond basic templates.
• Proven track record of converting vague ideas or desired outcomes into polished creative work.
• Strong written and verbal English skills — capable of communicating clearly and confidently with the marketing team.
• Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar applications).
• Capability in copy or content editing.
• Thinks like a creative lead rather than just a designer — brings innovative ideas to discussions, not merely execution.
• Confident in presenting ideas and supporting them with sound reasoning — receptive to feedback but willing to advocate for their concepts.
• Comfortable making decisions and presenting work for approval.
• Low-ego, high-ownership mentality — enjoys operating independently as the in-house creative function while collaborating closely with the broader team.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
• Flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance.
• A collaborative and creative work environment.
• Health and wellness benefits.
