This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Content design. Define the structure of our plans, how content modules integrate, and how personalization is implemented.
• Cross-functional product collaboration. Work alongside product managers, designers, and engineers on features reliant on content. You will be involved in shaping these features, rather than being briefed after the fact.
• AI-driven production. Develop workflows that enhance output through AI — from script creation to voiceover automation. This is the current operational method of the team.
• Quality and localization. Establish the standards for high-quality content at Leaply. Take responsibility for maintaining quality across different languages as we grow.
• Measurable impact. Utilize product data to determine what to build, discontinue, or refine. Your choices will have a direct impact on user retention and engagement.
• Production oversight. Manage the content production process from initial brief to completed asset. Collaborate with both internal and external production teams.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in content roles within consumer product companies — such as subscription apps, EdTech, wellness, gaming, or similar sectors.
• Systems thinker: you have created content at scale through repeatable processes, rather than producing one-off pieces.
• AI-savvy: you have successfully launched at least one AI workflow that significantly enhanced content output.
• Proficient in English with nearly native writing quality.
• Cross-functional collaborator: comfortable using product dashboards and collaboration tools, beyond just Google Docs.
• Proven track record: you have developed a content function from the ground up or significantly expanded an existing one.
• Nice to Have:
• Fluency in a second language (DE, ES, FR, PT, or IT).
• Experience in wellness, fitness, mental health, or behavioral science.
• Background in video production (scripting, directing, editing).
• Familiarity with large-scale localization.
