This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Direct the team and ensure accountability by aligning priorities with the company's vision and designating clear ownership across various projects and processes.

• Establish objectives, KPIs, and accountability benchmarks for both the team and individual members.

• Assess business needs and team capacity to prioritize initiatives effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive visibility over workload, priorities, and team performance across content, social media, design, and CMS.

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies before they hinder team progress.

• Oversee performance management through consistent feedback, PMP discussions, and evaluations.

• Mentor, develop, and cultivate team members while recognizing performance issues at an early stage.

• Manage hiring, onboarding, restructuring, and offboarding processes as necessary.

• Act as a representative for the Content department in cross-team planning and decision-making processes.

• Ensure that there is alignment across departments regarding priorities, workflows, and business objectives.

• Track performance, escalate risks, and make data-driven decisions regarding structure and resource distribution.

• Utilize data, insights, and team feedback to enhance departmental operations continuously.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership, people management, or departmental oversight.

• Proven experience in creative, content, marketing, social, or design-oriented environments, with a robust understanding of workflows and team dynamics related to content, social, design, and CMS.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities, enabling oversight of multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and accountability management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of performance management, team development, and operational supervision.

• An independent, proactive, and highly dependable approach to leadership and problem-solving.

• Ability to proactively identify operational inefficiencies, performance shortfalls, and organizational risks.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to balance empathy, professionalism, and decisiveness in managing people.

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
