Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the editorial calendar for all content channels.

• Compose and edit blog posts and articles on a diverse range of subjects including executive functioning, social skills, nutrition, fitness, gut health, mindfulness, and neurodiversity.

• Collaborate closely with Lisa to authentically capture her voice and translate her expertise into engaging, accessible content.

• Develop content series, campaigns, and storytelling frameworks that enhance audience connection and foster trust.

• Manage and expand Tri-Wellness's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as applicable.

• Create platform-specific content that embodies Lisa's warm, practical, and empowering tone.

• Review, update, and maintain website copy to ensure it accurately reflects the brand and converts visitors into clients.

• Generate email newsletter content and design nurture sequences and campaign emails for Tri-Wellness offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, and editorial roles, preferably in the wellness, mental health, and coaching sectors.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency while consistently maintaining Lisa's authentic voice.

• A proficient writer with a warm, conversational style, capable of adapting to various formats and audiences.

• Experience in ghostwriting or crafting content in another person's voice by translating brand voice into compelling narratives.

• Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement (sign-ups, registrations, inquiries, referrals).

• Genuine comfort and familiarity with topics such as mental health, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and holistic wellness.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to independently manage multiple content streams and audiences.
