This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary owner and administrator of AODocs, overseeing folder architecture, metadata schemas, permissions models, and user access across internal teams, delegate organizations, and community partner organizations.
• Maintain a unified source of truth for all published and finalized LIT content, ensuring that documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.
• Conduct regular audits of legacy repositories (such as SARGE, Shine Access, and others) to facilitate the eventual retirement of redundant systems.
• Monitor system performance, escalate vendor issues with thorough documentation, and ensure vendors meet their service commitments.
• Propel DMS implementation to completion throughout the organization in accordance with established roadmaps.
• Oversee team-level onboarding processes, including kickoff facilitation, metadata working sessions, permissions configuration, content migration, and training delivery.
• Track progress against milestones and proactively identify blockers rather than allowing them to accumulate.
• Lead the content lifecycle infrastructure for LIT’s intellectual property, encompassing curriculum, coaching tools, family engagement resources, assessment instruments, and training content covering birth-to-five programming.
• Uphold versioning standards aligned with program cycles, grant compliance intervals, and instructional review processes.
• Ensure that version discipline and metadata accuracy are regarded as essential to programmatic integrity rather than mere administrative tasks.
• Create user guides, governance documentation, and training materials for all managed platforms.
• Provide team-specific training sessions and ongoing user support.
• Monitor adoption rates, identify barriers, and devise targeted interventions when teams are not utilizing systems as intended.
• A Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in document management, content operations, or knowledge management, with proven evidence of both system administration and hands-on execution.
• Experience in an educational, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization is preferred.
• Advanced experience with AODocs is preferred.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (such as Drupal, WordPress), project management tools, and Google Workspace.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for data manipulation and bulk uploads.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• A physical exam and background checks are required.
