This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee high-quality content across various campaigns, channels, and customer interactions.
• Write, edit, and refine messaging for campaign concepts, digital assets, event materials, video scripts, social media content, presentations, sales enablement, and internal communications.
• Transform complex healthcare solutions into clear, engaging, and audience-specific content.
• Create narratives that convey customer value derived from intricate healthcare technologies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, and Corporate Communications teams to formulate integrated campaign strategies.
• Direct content architecture throughout the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
• Ensure messaging aligns with customer insights, business priorities, clinical relevance, brand voice, and compliance standards.
• Set creative standards and implement review processes.
• Offer creative direction and mentorship to designers, copywriters, agencies, and production teams.
• Conduct creative reviews and ensure consistency across global campaigns.
• Serve as a trusted creative partner to business stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of healthcare marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creativity.
• Introduce innovative methods for storytelling, content creation, and customer engagement.
• Assess creative performance and suggest enhancements based on analytics and customer feedback.
• Promote experimentation, curiosity, and innovation within the team.
• Report directly to the Head of Creative & Storytelling.
• 6–8+ years of experience in creative leadership, content development, or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level creative campaigns.
• Outstanding storytelling, messaging, and creative direction abilities.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, branding, customer experience, and campaign development.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
• Preferred: background within an internal creative agency or integrated marketing organization.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and collaborative creative workflows.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
