This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and analyze precise performance metrics for global military platforms across various operational domains.

• Develop, configure, and sustain functional, simulation-ready entities utilizing the AtomEngine editor.

• Conduct testing of entities against each other to fine-tune, balance, and validate real-world behaviors and interactions.

• Create and publish engaging gameplay scenarios and wargaming environments that reflect realistic tactical and operational challenges.

• Work collaboratively with product design to pinpoint tool bugs, troubleshoot configuration problems, and enhance authoring workflows.

• Keep clear and accessible documentation for the entity catalog and scenario library.

• Establish a consistent rhythm for authoring, testing, and balancing new entities.

• Construct authentic simulation scenarios that support user wargaming objectives.

• Identify friction points within the editor and document actionable bug reports.

• Generate organized documentation for the growing entity library.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to independently troubleshoot data and configuration challenges.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

• A profound curiosity about complex systems, mechanical platforms, or operational dynamics.

• Experience with game modding tools, level editors, or proprietary game engines in either a professional or personal project context.

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract stipulations.

• Familiarity with standard game development workflows, including version control and bug tracking systems.

• Background in researching, synthesizing, or organizing technical reference materials and platform performance data.
