Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, script, film, and create short-form video content such as Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, talking-head segments, and visual brand materials.

• Convey marketing, technology, and business ideas in engaging, easily understandable narratives.

• Oversee comprehensive recording quality, which includes framing, lighting, and ensuring clear audio.

• Execute basic to intermediate video editing with tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.

• Incorporate dynamic captions, visual elements, sound design, and brand aesthetics.

• Work alongside FyerX's marketing and social media teams to explore creative concepts.

• Analyze performance metrics and refine video formats accordingly.

• Create content for FyerX's internal brand channels as well as client campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capable of high-quality video recording using a modern smartphone with an excellent camera or a dedicated camera.

• A high-quality external microphone.

• Adequate lighting setup or a home studio environment.

• Strong on-camera communication skills.

• A portfolio or showreel showcasing short-form video content.

• An iPhone 13 or newer, a flagship Android device with 4K recording capability, or a dedicated mirrorless/DSLR camera.

• A clear external microphone and dedicated lighting with an organized background.

• A natural, charismatic on-camera presence with clear articulation, good pacing, and vibrant visual energy.

• An active portfolio, showreel, or personal social media profile displaying created reels, shorts, or video campaigns with effective hook retention.

• Capability to independently edit, cut, pace, and caption short-form video content.

• A self-driven approach with strong organizational abilities.

• Capacity to deliver polished video assets within agreed project timelines.

• Previous experience producing high-retention content for B2B brands, marketing firms, or technology companies.

• Proficiency in self-editing using CapCut or Premiere Pro.

• Quick turnaround times.
