📋 Description

• Creation and development of content

• Develop educational content, guides, manuals, training materials, and digital resources.

• Write content for educational platforms, internal communications, and institutional documents.

• Adapt content for various audiences, formats, and project needs.

• Ensure that materials maintain pedagogical coherence and alignment with institutional objectives.

• Strategic use of Artificial Intelligence

• Utilize AI tools to generate, edit, and optimize content.

• Apply AI to enhance clarity, structure, language, and coherence of texts.

• Design, document, and optimize prompts for efficient content creation.

• Promote the ethical and responsible use of AI tools throughout the editorial process.

• Quality assurance and review

• Review, edit, and improve content developed by AI or other team members.

• Validate the accuracy, pedagogical relevance, and institutional alignment of materials.

• Ensure compliance with editorial guidelines, style norms, and institutional language.

• Coordination and document management

• Collaborate with pedagogical, technological, and communication teams.

• Support the creation of materials for training and internal processes.

• Incorporate feedback from various areas to enhance content quality.

• Organize, document, and maintain version control of developed materials.

• Meet established timelines, deliverables, and goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Literature, Educational Technology, or related fields.

• Proven experience in writing educational or institutional content.

• Experience with AI tools applied to content creation (preferred).

• Excellent writing skills, spelling, and ability to structure clear and engaging content.

• Knowledge of educational content creation methodologies.

• Proficiency in AI tools for content generation and optimization.

• Ability to develop effective prompts and apply best practices in AI usage.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative documentation platforms.

• Experience with content management systems or educational platforms (preferred).
