Container Ship 2nd Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Support the cargo operations and maintenance activities of the vessel.

• Accountable for effective and compliant voyage planning, along with the navigational systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the same rank on the equivalent type of vessel.

• Experience with container vessels is preferred.

• Familiarity with trading areas in the USA and Australia is advantageous.

• Must possess a valid Certificate of Competency (STCW Reg II/1) with verification.

• Must hold valid STCW certifications necessary for the position.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
