This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Interact promptly and professionally with providers and members via inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and other communication channels.
β’ Attentively listen to inquiries and concerns, delivering clear and precise information.
β’ Accurately document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM or case management system.
β’ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure effective support coordination.
β’ Achieve or surpass established KPIs, which include call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
β’ High school diploma or GED is required.
β’ 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
β’ Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Capability to multitask and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
