Consumer Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Initiating phone discussions with parents who have attended demo classes for their children

• Actively following up with prospects and finalizing sales within the designated sales cycle

• Effectively communicating and nurturing leads through various channels such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls

• Managing sales for both online courses, including Coding and English, available on the platform

• Meeting weekly targets in a competitive, high-pressure performance-driven environment

• Continuously monitoring personal performance while contributing to team success, tracking metrics such as conversion rates, average revenue generated per lead, and average revenue per sale
