Consumer Goods Cloud REX Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between business requirements and technological solutions to address client challenges.

• Organize and facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and comprehend business obstacles while ensuring the accuracy and completion of deliverables.

• Convert business needs into engaging and thorough user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria through close collaboration with clients.

• Oversee and coordinate development activities throughout the project, ensuring clients and project stakeholders are informed of progress.

• Suggest best practices tailored for the consumer goods sector.

• Manage and coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Keep abreast of the latest innovations, trends, and advancements in Salesforce to deliver state-of-the-art solutions to clients.

• Perform relevant research, analyze data, and consistently generate reports to enhance your expertise.

• Take the lead on internal initiatives and innovation projects.

• Engage in pre-sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience within the consulting field.

• At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce projects, specifically in delivering and/or leading implementations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering functional requirements for at least 4 years.

• Experience in pre-sales activities is essential.

• Previous experience in leading IT projects is required.

• Salesforce certifications are mandatory.

• Practical configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, and flows.

• Hands-on experience with the enhanced data model of CG Cloud is preferred.

• Familiarity with the REX Offline application is advantageous.

• Experience in process re-engineering and managing client expectations.

• Knowledge of project management and change management is beneficial.

• A proactive, can-do attitude coupled with a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.
