Consumer Care and Engagement Coordinator – Italian, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Represent Coca-Cola as a brand ambassador

• Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels

• Work together with the support team to address and resolve issues

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service

• Record and present strategies and outcomes related to support

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline

• Initial experience in Customer Support and/or Community Management

• Proficiency in both English and Italian

• Knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous

• Familiarity with customer support tools and software, such as Sprinklr
