This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engaging in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of solutions within complex corporate environments.
• Consistent involvement in functional corrections and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborating with technical teams and integration architects.
• A professional with over 3.5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant/Analyst.
• Strong specialization in Field Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with the main components of Field Service.
• Experience in defect investigation, log analysis, workflows, and mappings.
• Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration flows.
• Analysis and documentation of functional requirements.
• Strong command of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Certifications: Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant (Mandatory).
• Desirable: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant.
• Intermediate English proficiency, focusing on technical reading and participation in operational meetings.
