Consultor(a) SAP Business ByDesign

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Business ByDesign across all functional areas, operating in an ITIL-based environment and serving as the primary point of contact for key client users.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests related to Finance, CRM (Sales and Services), Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, and Project Management.

• Open and monitor tickets with SAP support through Built-In Support (BIS) when necessary.

• Conduct root cause analysis and propose sustainable corrective actions.

• Ensure the resolution of tickets within SLAs and operational priorities.

• Implement changes through Business Configuration, including scope definition and fine-tuning, supporting enhancements in business processes.

• Customize the solution using Key User Tools, including custom fields, extension fields, forms and print templates, page layouts, code list restrictions, mashups, and approval workflows.

• Develop and maintain analyses and reports using data sources, key figures, dashboards, embedded analytics, and Crystal Reports.

• Collaborate with developers using PDI / Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to create custom solutions, integrations via web services, and advanced extensions.

• Promote the adoption of the Fit-to-Standard concept, prioritizing standard functionalities of SAP Business ByDesign over customizations.

• Provide daily support to Finance, Sales, Services, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Project Management teams.

• Assist in critical processes such as monthly and annual closing, billing execution, physical inventories, and stock control.

• Monitor and resolve issues in integrations via Web Services and B2B/EDI with banks, logistics operators, e-commerce platforms, and other partner solutions.

• Utilize automation and artificial intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency and promote a Shift Left support model.

• Draft functional specifications, test cases, documentation, and user manuals.

• Validate quarterly updates of the SAP cloud through regression testing in the test environment, assessing the impacts of new functionalities.

• Execute System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT), ensuring secure deployments between environments.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and key users, promoting the correct adoption of SAP Business ByDesign processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience providing Level 1, 2, and 3 support for SAP Business ByDesign.

• Experience with implementations and changes through Business Configuration.

• Fluent in English.

• Familiarity with SAP Business ByDesign integration tools.

• Experience with PDI / Cloud Application Studio (SDK).

• Knowledge of Finance, CRM (Sales and Services), Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, and Project Management processes.

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable corrective actions.

• Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal clients, and a consultative approach.

• Preferred qualifications: experience with Built-In Support (BIS), Web Services, B2B/EDI integrations, banks, logistics operators, e-commerce platforms, automation and artificial intelligence applied to support, Crystal Reports, dashboards, embedded analytics, key figures, and Fit-to-Standard approach.
