📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements regarding the product or service to be implemented.

• Implement solutions at client sites by configuring the software and ensuring it operates according to specifications.

• Provide training and guidance to the client's end users to ensure they understand and know how to utilize the implemented solution.

• Work together with internal and external teams to effectively coordinate and execute implementations.

• Create detailed technical documentation, progress reports, and implementation records for client and internal use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Studies in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.

• Advanced knowledge of Spanish is required.

• Proficiency in English is highly valued.

• Valid driver's license.

• Availability for frequent national travel (on-site implementations).

• Occasional international travel availability (on-site implementations).

• Experience in customer service.

• Resident in Spain.
