Consultor/a de Implantación – Software de Nómina

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation projects of the payroll module, coordinating the various phases until it goes live.

• Analyze each client's needs and configure the solution according to their processes and legal labor requirements, Social Security, and IRPF.

• Serve as the main point of contact with the client throughout the project.

• Provide functional advice and ensure a quality implementation.

• Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to resolve issues and communicate needs.

• Plan, organize, and monitor the projects.

• Meet agreed deadlines and proactively identify potential risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience managing the full payroll cycle and labor administration.

• Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security, and IRPF.

• Ability to organize and lead projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Communication skills to understand client needs and convey them clearly to the team.

• Proactive, solution-oriented profile with initiative.

• Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with functional and technical profiles.

• Experience in payroll or HR software implementation is valued, although not essential.

• Desire to transition from payroll management to a consulting and implementation role.
