Consultor SAP SuccessFactors, ECP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.

• Design the technical solution based on client requirements.

• Configure business rules within the system.

• Coordinate activities with the project team and project manager.

• Maintain client relationships, including resolving incidents.

• Identify risks and recommend preventive measures.

• Train end-users when the project necessitates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM (specializing in Payroll).

• Experience in payroll implementation (mandatory).

• Ideally educated in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (not mandatory, but highly valued).

• Strong technical profile with process logic and structured thinking.

• Ability to work independently and a results-oriented mindset.

• Intermediate English proficiency is desirable (not mandatory).
