Consultor SAP SuccessFactors, ECP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.

• Design the technical solution based on client requirements.

• Configure business rules within the system.

• Coordinate activities with the project team and project manager.

• Manage client relationships, including incident resolution.

• Identify risks and recommend preventive actions.

• Train end users as needed during the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM, with a focus on Payroll.

• Experience in payroll implementation is mandatory.

• Ideal educational background in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (not mandatory, but highly valued).

• Strong technical profile, with a process-oriented mindset and structured thinking.

• Ability to work independently and a results-driven attitude.

• Intermediate English is desirable (not mandatory).
