Consultor SAP PM – Plant Maintenance, SAP SSAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a SAP PM Functional Consultant, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance processes as well as asset management.

• Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP SSAM.

• Conduct requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and gap identification.

• Configure and implement SAP PM processes integrated with SSAM.

• Work with WCM (Work Clearance Management), RSH (Resource Scheduling), and Dynamic Forms.

• Lead functional workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business areas.

• Develop functional specifications and assist in the development of technical specifications.

• Support configurations, unit testing, integrated testing, UAT, and Cutover processes.

• Engage in the analysis and resolution of incidents, integration issues, and functional gaps.

• Assist with Go-Live and Hypercare activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, architects, BASIS/BTP, and other functional consultants.

• Produce and maintain functional and project documentation in accordance with SAP best practices.

• Participate in meetings and workshops in English with international teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience as a SAP PM Consultant – Plant Maintenance.

• Proven experience in SAP PM implementation or rollout projects.

• Strong knowledge of Asset Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes.

• Practical experience in SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) projects.

• Experience integrating SAP PM processes with SSAM.

• Advanced knowledge of WCM, RSH, Dynamic Forms, mobile maintenance processes, maintenance orders and notifications, operations, logging, and confirmations, equipment management, and installation locations, both online/offline operations and data synchronization.

• Familiarity with SAP PM processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Experience in requirements gathering, Fit-to-Standard/Fit-Gap analysis, functional specification, testing, and Go-Live support.

• Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.

• Ability to establish direct relationships with business areas and technical teams.

• Strong communication skills, autonomy, analytical capability, and problem-solving orientation.

• Advanced English, capable of leading and actively participating in meetings and workshops.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Official SAP certification related to SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / SAP PM, current or equivalent applicable to the professional profile.
