This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and implement SAP IAG solutions to enforce SoD policies in SAP systems;
• Conduct risk analyses of user profiles and authorizations to identify and resolve SoD conflicts;
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and regulations;
• Access Analysis;
• Role Design;
• Access Request;
• Access Certification;
• Management of Privileged Access;
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Access Risk Management;
• Audit reports and access risk simulations;
• Automate access provisioning and conduct periodic access reviews;
• Develop and optimize SAP profiles and roles to reduce SoD violations;
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define access requirements and ensure proper profile assignments;
• Configure and manage SAP Access Control tools (e.g., GRC Access Control, IAG);
• Generate reports on SoD violations, access risks, and remediation status for stakeholders;
• Establish best practices for access governance and SoD management;
• Provide training and guidance to business users on SoD compliance;
• Other routine tasks in the area.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IAG and SAP GRC Access Control modules;
• Experience in configuring SoD rule sets and risk analysis;
• Familiarity with SAP security concepts (roles, profiles, and authorization objects);
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR/LGPD) and their impacts on access governance;
• Ability to perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies;
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
• Analytical profile with a high level of attention to detail;
• A completed degree is mandatory;
• Desirable: Experience in SAP environments with multiple systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.);
• Knowledge of integrations between SAP IAG and other identity management tools.
