Consultor SAP HCM, PY-PA-TM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will engage in migration projects, evolutionary enhancements, and Rollouts of SAP, primarily focusing on the ERP - HCM Spanish payroll module in the industrial sector (multinational).

• Development of functional designs, along with the review and resolution of issues.

• Gathering requirements, analyzing, and configuring the system.

• Conduct assessments for clients to improve and optimize processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation projects, rollouts, or evolutionary enhancements specifically with the HCM (PY) module, particularly in Spanish payroll.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.

• Knowledge of key HR business processes: personnel administration, payroll, and talent management.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
