Consultor SAP HCM, PY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide application support consulting through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.

• Deliver documentation (both technical and functional) related to the issues addressed.

• Manage daily personal priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Maintain effective communication channels and contact with both internal and external parties.

• Understand the overall workflows in human resources and the human resources architecture of SA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professionals in Systems, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.

• Module PY.

• Experience in the configuration and parameterization of the SAP HCM module.

• Basic knowledge of LSMW, interface development, BAPIs, Batch Input, Sapscripts and Smartforms, ALV reports, and standard reports.

• Knowledge of ABAP, OO, BSP, and Workflow is a plus.

• Intermediate/Advanced English is desirable.
