Consultor – Process Mining, Celonis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Connect source systems in Celonis through connectors and APIs.

• Build the entire structure of data models, dashboards, metrics, and automations.

• Translate clients' strategic objectives into use cases using Process Mining.

• Develop Business Cases and ROI calculations, leveraging benchmarks and best practices according to the analyzed process.

• Implement improvement actions and change initiatives across the organization.

• Create and refine analyses in process Dashboards for various user groups.

• Successfully deliver projects for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Data Engineering, creating data pipelines, APIs, and ETLs.

• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, extraction, and visualization.

• Experience with Celonis.

• Familiarity with PQL.

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in technology, applying solutions to core business problems.

• Knowledge in gathering requirements and understanding business needs and processes.

• Understanding of Business Processes with the ability to map, analyze, and optimize workflows.

• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to processes.

• Knowledge of tools such as BPM and continuous improvement tools.

• Capability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings related to processes.

• Celonis certifications are a plus.
