This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Structured onboarding for new users: Support clients from their initial interaction with our CRM, ensuring a smooth implementation and quick adoption.
• Software configuration: Set up accounts, operations, workflows, and other system modules tailored to the client's reality and needs.
• Process implementation and training: Plan and conduct functional training sessions, ensuring users understand and effectively utilize the tools.
• Management of implementation projects: Lead schedules and deliveries, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Ongoing client relationship: Hold follow-up meetings to monitor progress, address questions, and maintain active and trusting communication.
• Operational support and problem resolution: Serve as the contact point for the client's functional and operational queries, acting swiftly and empathetically.
• Demonstrations and presentations: Conduct tailored demos for clients, highlighting benefits and best usage practices.
• Consulting and commercial area: Responsible for issuing and following up on business proposals directed at clients after CRM demonstrations.
• Feeding and updating the internal CRM.
• Ensuring value delivery: Be the guardian of the customer experience, ensuring the product fulfills its purpose and generates tangible results for their business.
• Background in business process-related fields such as Agronomy, Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, or similar, with knowledge in process management and familiarity with commercial routines, especially in the context of input sales.
• Leadership capability: Ability to lead implementation projects, coordinate deliveries, and maintain alignment between technical teams and clients.
• Disciplined and execution-oriented profile: An organized individual with a sense of responsibility, results-focused, and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel: Availability to assist with on-site implementations or training sessions when necessary (occasionally).
• Relational and consultative profile: Ability to build strong relationships and act as a strategic partner for the client.
• Clear and objective communication: Ease in translating technical topics into understandable and empathetic language.
• Resilience and adaptability: Ability to face challenges, adapt to changes, and maintain focus on delivering value.
• Strategic vision and customer orientation: Focused on measurable results, user experience, and long-term success.
