Consultor Funcional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Understand and transform the business needs of clients in the financial sector into functional solutions within Frame Banking.

• Lead the analysis, definition, and configuration of digital banking processes.

• Work directly with clients to comprehend their operational processes, challenges, and business objectives.

• Analyze and document functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories.

• Configure digital financial services using Frame Banking.

• Serve as a liaison between client functional teams and the technical teams at 2Innovate.

• Participate in complex implementations within banks and financial institutions across various countries.

• Validate with stakeholders that the designed processes meet business expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a degree in Systems Engineering, Software, or Computer Science.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial or digital banking sector (mandatory).

• Knowledge in gathering, designing, and documenting traditional and/or alternative processes such as Design Thinking.

• Clear communication skills, both oral and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.

• Adaptability to changes and new challenges.

• Ability to self-manage in dynamic environments with multiple projects.

• Capacity to lead and foster collaboration among teams.
